Coxhoe Parish Council, a significant partner and supporter of the Village Hall Association have their offices in meeting room 1 on the ground floor of the Village Hall. The Council have their formal and public meetings in this room on a monthly basis.

The Parish Council currently employs a Parish Clerk officer on a part time basis. Opening times for visiting members of the public are currently as follows:

The working times of the Clerk are:

• Tuesday 0900 to 1200 noon
• Thursday 0900 to 1200 noon

Coxhoe Community Partnership also meets here on a regular basis.

Other activities take place in this room when the Council offices are not open to the public but outside these the room is available for hire.
